IloT and Data Logging Automation

Also referred to as the fourth industrial revolu- tion, Industry 4.0 embodies the shift towards automation and data exchange in manufactur ing technologies. IoT also enables improved customer satisfaction

Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Data Logging Automation refer to the integration of smart sensors, networked devices, and cloud or edge computing systems to automatically collect, monitor, and analyze data from industrial processes.
In this system, various sensors and actuators are connected to microcontrollers or programmable logic controllers (PLCs), which continuously measure key parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, vibration, and energy consumption. The collected data is transmitted via industrial communication protocols (such as MQTT, Modbus, or OPC-UA) to a central server or cloud platform.
